About

The story of the Carrettiera, or Cart-Driver, is the story of the original farm-to-table purveyors of Southern Italy. Each Cart-Driver had their specialty, and brought the freshest vegetables, seafood, or cured meats to small villages throughout the Italian countryside. They also delivered companionship and told the stories of the communities they served. Our goal is to do the same, by connecting with the Denver community - and visitors far and wide - through delicious, sustainably sourced food, a relaxing environment, and superior hospitality!
